I cut the sleeves a little too short, so I just dropped them to the elbow.

Tape the pattern down with removable scotch tape on a piece of fabric and cut.

Fold the back pattern to make the front panels.

Those cuttings of removable scotch tape are useful to clean up the dust and fibers from fabric.
If you are worried whether you cut well, quickly sew it with white thread and try it on.
This overcoat will be pretty elaborate, so trying it on before committing sound like a good idea.

Ok, it looks like it will work. Sewn partially only, because I need them flat for “gold embroidery”.
